Payment Terms & Conditions


Published pricing is per person, based on double occupancy, quoted in US dollars.

Paying Your Balance

The balance of your trip cost is due according to the following:

– 25% of the full trip price (less initial deposit) is due 120 days before the tour departure date.

– 25% of the full trip price is due 90 days before the tour departure date.

– 50% (final payment) of the full trip price is due 60 days before the tour departure date.


A $500 or $1,000 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation on the tour.

Deposits may be made by check (U.S. customers only), wire transfer in US dollars or a major credit card.

The initial deposit of $500 or $1,000 is refundable within 14 days of making the reservation.  After 14 days, the initial deposit is non-refundable.


Changing to Another Date

You may change to another tour date (subject to availability) with no penalty if made more than 60 days prior to the original departure date.

Refunds for payments made by credit card online are subject to a 3% processing fee, which will not be refunded. 


Tour departure date is calculated as three days prior to the published tour start date.

Reservation means the day you sign up for the tour and pay the deposit.

Trip price is calculated as the entire amount owed, including upgrades.

COVID Cancellations

For tours where borders may close to travelers, we will be reviewing trips at 65 days but no later than 35 days prior to departure (or closer as the situation changes) to determine if it is feasible to run the trip. In the event your trip is postponed, we will place 100% of your trip funds on account to use for a future date.

We will cancel a tour if local, state, or federal authorities prohibit us from entering the country due to COVID-19.  Under those circumstances, we will attempt to refund everyone in full (minus a 3% processing fee if paid by credit card online).
